“Great place to see manatee ”
Awesome sunsets from here to see along with a glimpse of dolphins and manatees with waves crashing over rocks. Makes for some great pictures. This is a place that always has something new to see.

“Dolphins and manatees”
This beach is not only beautiful, but it’s also the best beach in the area if you wish to see marine life firsthand. From spring to early fall, the swim area is frequented by manatees, and dolphins often play just outside, and sometimes inside, the swim area.

“Beautiful Area!!!”
We visited here when we stayed in Sarasota. While here, we saw Dolphins and Manatees swimming in the area. We had a great time shelling on the beach. Parking was easy and getting in and out of the area was also very easy. This was a great place to watch the wild life and just relax with the family.

“Great place”
Fishing, swimming, playground. Something for everyone. Kids had a great time collecting shells. Showers ad you exit beach. Jetty to walk on. Dolphin sightings.

“The FUN side of Venice Inlet”
While the Venice Inlet has a Jetty on both sides, the North Side is the FUN side. The North Jetty has something for everyone. Couples can have a romantic walk down the jetty to watch a Beautiful Sun Set together, then walk along the beach . Families can enjoy a cookout on the grills just a stones throw of the…

“Fabulous!”
Beautiful water. Beautiful sand. Incredible view of all of boats moving from the Gulf of Mexico into the Intra Coastal Waterway via the Jetty. Every kind and size of boat imaginable, from kayaks and stand up paddle boards to kiddy size sailboats and sailing yachts of all sizes to vast magnificent ocean going yachts.

“Nice Park and Beach”
Nice little park on the beach side. The park has around 10-12 canopies with Grills. It has a kids play area too. Nice place to hangout out for a day grilling and playing in the beach.

north-jetty-park-nokomis-fl“Beautiful park for a walk or picnic!”
What a beautiful little piece of paradise. We enjoyed walking through the mangroves. There were lots of great birds and we even spotted a few dolphins. The park includes a little snack bar.

“Quiet but beautiful”
nice place to walk on the beach. Not very crowded, there were the usual people fishing along the jetty, always interesting to watch. Plenty of picnic spots were available.

“Dolphins!”
Lots of fish and marine life to see here. My kids loved it. The pelican tree is so neat! Nice place to fish and watch the sunset. Beautiful area and everyone we came in contact with was very nice.

“Great area of the beach for families”
If you want to have a nice family time with the kids, this is the place to go. The jetty forms a very nice swimming area for all to enjoy, and it’s not as rough in the surf as further down the beach. If you enjoy snorkeling, the jetty has some nice rocky areas with tons of fish swimming around….

“wait for sunset”
laid back and everyone is friendly. great to watch sun set and photo of it is a must. take your cooler and enjoy the view.

“Northern visitors love this spot”
The North Jetty connects the Gulf of Mexico to the intercoastal waterway. The pass separates Nokomis from Venice Beach. On a recent visit, we took our Minnesota cousins on a scenic ride down Casey Key from north to south. At the southern end you reach the North Jetty – across the pass is the South Jetty.

“Interesting wild life”
First time here and definitely not the last. The Florida I like..not spoiled and down to earth. Saw Pelicans lots of fish and my favorite Dolphins.
