Check In and Out

Check in is 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Check out is 11:00 am Our  lodging rental office is located in the first building on the right as you drive into Addy’s Villas. Normal office hours are 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm. In the event we are out of the office there is a phone system to contact us directly. Our owner/property managers live on site and are available if you have a need that can’t wait until normal business hours.

Security Deposit

A 10% or 1 night security deposit (whichever is higher) is required to secure your reservation. Balance is due upon arrival.

A credit card and photo ID are required at check-in. Please be advised that charges will occur for any damages. A credit card is securely held on file for 45 days post check out. Damages will be charged to credit card, withheld from deposit and/or billed to customer if indicated.  We reserve the right to change villa assignment prior to guest check in.

Cancellations

If your travel plans are interrupted and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your scheduled arrival date to cancel your reservation. A 30 (thirty) day cancellation notice is required for bookings of 30 (thirty) days or more, holidays and special events.

There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Smoking

Absolutely NO smoking inside villas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.  Smoking in accommodations will result in cleaning charge

Speed Limit

Please observe our 5 MPH speed limit when driving on premises, children  may be present.

Housekeeping Services

A thorough check-in and check-out cleaning is included in your rental price. Additional housekeeping service is available by prior arrangement. Housekeeping services are available at $50 per cleaning.

                                                Linen/Towel Exchange

Clean linens and towels are provided twice weekly for reservations of 7 nights or greater.  Additional linens, towels and pool towels are available on request.  Guests are responsible to make their own beds.

We have a unit reserved that meets ADA guidelines, we can accommodate other requests if units are available.
